• Provide direct patient care to critically ill burn, trauma, and vascular patients in a high-acuity ICU setting
• Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, positioning, and hygiene while preserving patient dignity
• Perform and document vital signs, intake/output, blood glucose monitoring, daily weights, and neurovascular checks as delegated
• Support post-operative and critically ill patients with complex vascular and transplant-related conditions, including abdominal aortic aneurysms (AAAs), liver and kidney transplants and patients at risk for complications such as compartment syndrome
• Monitor extremities for changes in perfusion, pulses, temperature, color, and sensation; promptly report abnormalities to nursing staff
• Assist with frequent patient repositioning, early mobility, and pressure-injury prevention for immobile and high-risk patients
• Support nursing staff with safe patient transfers, line safety awareness, and equipment management in the ICU setting
• Maintain a clean, sterile, and organized environment in accordance with infection-control protocols
• Observe subtle changes in patient condition and communicate concerns effectively to the RN and interdisciplinary care team
• Adhere to HIPAA, patient safety standards, and hospital policies in a fast-paced, high-stress ICU environment

• Completed intensive nursing coursework and supervised clinical rotations with a focus on acute care, patient safety, and clinical judgment
• Performed comprehensive patient assessments and basic nursing interventions while applying pharmacologic safety principles under RN supervision
• Demonstrated adaptability, professionalism, and effective communication in fast-paced clinical environments
