    Review of Submitted Documentation: Ensure that all inspection/tests, Shop Drawings, prequalification of subcontractors, Material Submittals and all other documents are tracked, logged and updated.
  • Auditing: Audit program covering externally with Sub-Contractor/ Suppliers /Third Party- and internally within RLS-JV.
    Inspection & Testing: Manage RLS-JV Inspection & Testing Hold-Point/Witnessing Program and ensure response/documentation in 'Inspection Analysis Log'.

  • Reduced project overhead cost by over 50% in my first 90 days of being at the helm of the Saudi Arabian Embassy projects.

    Taking stock of all the material needed for the timely completion of the project and sourcing these material from the local market which saves a lot of time and logistics costs and with positive impact on the project delivery date

  • Introduced and implemented a “Right first-time” culture for all inspections raised by ensuring all activities are monitored properly to ensure compliance with project requirement.   • Supervised the completion of all scope related to structural works with over $10 million dollars in savings within a period of 18 months; which was achieved by siting a precast yard on site to produce all precast elements thereby saving costs and increasing production while taking the project 90 days ahead of schedule.
