• Project Deliverable: Ensure by coordination that Project deliverable are delivered as per Q-Rail’s Scope of work.
  Review of Submitted Documentation: Ensure that all inspection/tests, Shop Drawings, prequalification of subcontractors, Material Submittals and all other documents are tracked, logged and updated.
• Auditing: Audit program covering externally with Sub-Contractor/ Suppliers /Third Party- and internally within RLS-JV.
  Inspection & Testing: Manage RLS-JV Inspection & Testing Hold-Point/Witnessing Program and ensure response/documentation in 'Inspection Analysis Log'.
• Interfaces: Liaise with the project team at all levels with the aim of maintaining excellent Quality Management Standards for the Project and acting on identified Improvement Proposals.

Managed the Erection of Steel Structure Buildings of about 2500m2 areas, Pre cast Panel, fixing and comprehensive Civil, Electrical, Plumbing Works, HVAC, Fire Alarm & Telecommunication works. Civil works comprise gypsum board; Vinyl Tiles; Toilet Partitions; Sanitary fixtures; Painting; CMU; Plastering; Tiling, Acoustic ceiling, Marble counter tops, Metallic Doors etc.
