• Work directly with Mechanical Engineers, Planners, SFM, and Blueprints to: input strategic methods, revisions and changes of operation sequences to Work Instructions(PM) in order to build and train others to build the compartment that houses the chaff and flares to customers’ specifications and tolerances; minimize defects, scraps or QAR’s (from approx. 12 per build to approx. 4 per build); maximize the amount of PPM(from 1 build/approx. 7 weeks to 1 build/approx. 3.5 weeks)
