I am a graduate of the College of Business at Cleveland State University with a B.B.A. in Human Resource Management. I am a self-motivated, determined, and compassionate individual. I have experience with people from diverse cultural and social backgrounds. My greatest strength is the ability to connect with others by creating authentic and meaningful relationships that will last a lifetime. Additionally, my passion for advocating for employees has been reflected in my current role as employee experience partner. Ultimately, one of my main goals in life is to always improve myself to become a better person in my professional and personal lives.
In this role, I support employee resource groups by navigating all logistical areas including coordinating events, assisting with processing of invoices, and demonstrating all pillars of diversity, equity, and inclusion. Additionally, in this role I implemented the first-year experience study for all new employees to continuously refine the employee experience.
In this role, I coordinated and facilitated all new employee orientations. Additionally, I managed the overall onboarding process including the processing and review of background checks, drug screen, educational requirements, I9 processing, and served as the point of contact for all new hire inquiries.
