  • Supports 2 teams of 8; Senior Analyst level with day-to-day guidance, provide data needed from systems: retail link, Madrid, Big Query, Insights, SAP Fiora, Mercury, GLM and other programs, model strength for the operations team and provide best practices to keep our stores in the field compliant
  • Build and maintain relationships with Governing Agencies to ensure we are following standards and laws in order to complete our renewal process efficiently
  • Pull and deep dive into audits for Third Party Intermediary (TPI); flag where gap and trends are identified
  • Provide additional training or best practices expanding my influence across the department
  • Support leadership by researching and digging into small issues before escalating to big ones, as well as tackle issues that are already a concern

  • Responsible for handling the addition and removal of corporate officers tied to over 500k operational permits
  • Consist of completing and working closely with corporate officers on lengthy applications, obtaining fingerprints, filing for background checks, personal questionnaires and supporting documentation

  • Work with governing agencies to learn the process without self-reporting while communicating with the field to request information needed
  • Complete all steps from start to finish to keep stores compliant
  • Pull/tweak data monthly based on submission dates, send to TPI for assistance in completing applications requesting Gross Sales
  • Complete a weekly pull to capture any loose ends completed after my submission

  • Print these complete apps off weekly, review, save for analyst for payment and submission to agencies

  • Responsible for providing our state agencies with required documentation annually (balance sheets on our officers based off entity, bank records, personal information on officers, workers comp info, and several supporting documents) through a third-party portal NMLS, prior to Nov 1 when the portal opens for senior analyst to renew their check cashing licenses
  • Update branch managers (range from store managers to corporate officers) individually for each store and any other discrepancies.
