I was let aware of the opening position, within the Tier II personnel, by some colleagues.

I have been working towards attaining my CompTIA Security +/familiarizing myself with said cert., while also learning about other similar certs. (such as the Network+ & A+ certificate) along the way.

I presumed applying for an opening such as this, Tier II Agent, would only benefit the company (as well as myself) more since what I have been studying/listening on aligns with what is required out of a Tier II Agent.

The main issue that I, as an employee, have been dealing with is time. Scheduling appointments, convenient to my doctor(s), optometrist(s), etc., needing to visit offices such as the DMV, Banks, the likes, have been difficult for myself due to said office hours only being open/available when I, myself, am on the clock; the reason behind a majority of my time away (Mentioning this in regards to potential concerns of my availability). However, since Tier II has openings for later shifts, I feel as though my productivity, within the office and even outside it, would increase much more!

• I am a follower of Jesus Christ and with that being said, I instill a lot of my beliefs and values within how I present myself. (I do not cuss, like to gossip, dress inappropriate...)
• I try my best to treat all others with respect and kindness!
• I prioritize God and my family above all!
