• Conducting daily field inspection audit of manpower, material & activities and reporting through daily narrative to the Resident Engineer of any deviations or non-conformance on Site
• Resolving the Field related and administrative issues through Coordination meetings on Site
• Preparation of the PACC and change orders for additional project works
• Reviewing the Contractor submittals, shop drawings and monthly payments requisitions
• Performing Special Inspections by confirming the Code Compliance and Contract Specification
• Scheduling the partial & Final inspections and assisting on Close-out the projects
• Conforming through inspection on site the contractor’s adherence to the approved “Safety Plan”

• Reporting through daily narratives all site manpower, material and Contractor activities, any deviation from Contract and safety issues to the Resident Engineer
• Project Work is segregated in following Phases:
• Phase#1: Inspected and supervised excavation, concrete encasing and installation of Diesel Fuel Transfer system, cleaning and back into operation the above-ground and under-ground fuel Storage Fuel Tanks and installation, startup strategy as per approved SOP'S and Commissioning of step-up transformers
• Phase#2: Inspected and supervised installation of 2.5MW MSDG (middle speed diesel generators) and 600kw black start generator, Permanent Fuel Transfer System with leak detection and central system monitoring including 5KV switchgear
• Phase#3: Inspect engineering and technical support to connect Black Start Generator, Emergency generator with switchgear and existing Plant Distribution System

• Preparing daily narratives of site activities and reporting of any deviation to the Resident Engineer
• Review the shop drawings and make comments on related instruments drawings all missing display warning/sensing instruments comparing the Specifications
• Conforming contractor’s adherence on Safety Plan and issue notes on any non-conformance
• Resolving site conflicts and issue through coordination meeting
• Witnessing “Functional Testing” & “Operational Testing” with Complete PLC (Program Logic Control) on PMCS and Local Station Panel and confirming as per approved “Field Test Procedure”
• Scheduling partial inspection & final inspection and assisting in the closeout of the projects
• Sub-contractors: (ABB, Maverick, Sage Controls, North East Controls, Dual Div.) for System Panel instruments “Functional” demonstration reporting

• Mr. Warsi was responsible for production of stainless steel tubing as approved standard, laboratory analysis of failure parts, process improvement study using lean manufacturing system, FMEA and PPAP studies as per client requests. He was responsible to develop and deploy project management techniques, process and procedures which include technical and financial exposure, provide technical expertise for material selection, process design, product development and reduction in rejection rates / lead-time / production costs; responsible to prepare bid packages for Mechanical Trades, estimate change orders.

• Mr. Warsi was responsible for evaluating the project cost, bill of materials and required manpower
• Performed the planning, execution and installation of mechanical works such as laying of pipelines for drinking water, fire fighting and sewage and design and installation of ducting works for supply and return air and testing of chillers, packaged units and computerized building management system.
• Also took active participation in technical seminars and project planning for in coming projects using software management tools

• Mr. Warsi was responsible to study and design the project requirements for the project which includes kindergarten and secondary schools, health care center, auditorium, supermarket, Administration Buildings, Sewage treatment plant and religious spots. Mr. Warsi was also involved in the design of the Maintenance Plan for the completed projects. Additional responsibilities include review and approval of shop-drawings and required manpower for various sites; equipment approval submittal, installation and testing of chilled water, drinking water, process pipes, chillers and split units.

• Mr. Warsi worked as Petroleum Engineer in the company and was responsible of constructing new gas metering stations, gas pipeline installation and testing using pressure recorders, new project study and maintenance of existing metering stations
