- Management of 1-2 high-acuity neuro-trauma and neurosurgical patients simultaneously including but not limited to high grade sub-arachnoid hemorrhages, intracranial and intra-ventricular hemorrhages, post-op craniotomy for tumor resection and emergent decompressive hemi-craniotomies, GSWs, subdural hematomas (burr holes/craniotomy), spinal fixations/stabilizations, transsphenoidal resections Chiari malformations, status epilepticus/seizure management patients, and ELVO stroke patients post VIR requiring ICU level of care
- Management of 1-2 mechanically ventilated patients; intubations/intubated patients, tracheostomies.
- Set up and management of patients during insertion and management of patients with devices including EVD (Extra-ventricular Drainage) systems, Cranial “Bolt” systems (Codman), lumbar drains, subdural drains, DBS systems, central line, arterial lines.
- Management of vasoactive, sedative and paralytic medications including norepinephrine, phenylephrine, milrinone, propofol, fentanyl, midazolam, precedex, ketamine, atracarium as well as management of patients needing hypertonic saline (3% NaCl, 5%NaCl, 23% NaCl) and mannitol
- Experience with end of life care including management of organ donation patients alongside New England Organ Bank – including DCD and brain death patients and in preparation for leading up to organ donation in the OR
- Experience as charge RN, new RN preceptor, and student nurse preceptor
- Member of NCCU Committee; working with unit director, attending physicians and management to improve unit practices and contribute to policy change for improved patient outcomes, meeting monthly.

Armenian Girl/Boy Scout Volunteer Leader
- For over 10 years, meeting every Saturday afternoon, leader of co-ed girl and boy scout troop (Homenetmen Troop 51) in Providence, RI. Over 25 kids aged 5-13 participating, teaching them about Armenian culture, language and history along with scouting skills such as camping, survival, first aid and community service. Volunteers to also travel to regional and international camps to broaden experiences and meet other leaders to better improve quality of the experience for the kids as well as increase community involvement.
