  • Stockton College, The project consisted of 6 stories of student housing units with management and amenity spaces on the ground floor. The construction was slab on grade with a podium and cold formed framing and panels on a composite metal deck. The building was 150,000 with a budget of $52 million. Project was finished ahead of schedule and under budget producing a 25% shared savings.
  • Camden Tower, A $300 million project located in Camden, NJ, 18 stories high for a total of 709,000 square feet in size. The building was comprised of seven (7) levels of parking garage, an 8th amenity floor which included a fitness center with locker rooms, a full kitchen, and a large open dining area, the 9th thru 18 floors consisted of class A corporate office space for the three partner companies. The roof contained a helipad that serves the building tenants. The project was finished on time and under budget to produce shared savings.
  • Rowan Boulevard Redevelopment Project, The Rowan Boulevard Redevelopment Project was a $425 million revitalization project linking the Rowan University campus with Glassboro’s downtown retail district consisting of the following projects.
