• Develop and maintain comprehensive and standardized procedures and guidelines for various aspects of renewable energy projects, including development, operations, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy and completeness of procedures.
• Conduct research on industry regulations, standards, and emerging practices to ensure that procedures are aligned with current best practices in the renewable energy sector.

• Stayed current with industry trends and technological advancements in the renewable energy sector, advising on process improvements and fostering innovation.

• Plan for and direct Field Shift Supervisors, and Area managements’ response to distribution feeder contingencies and ensure necessary labor and support equipment is available to minimize distribution feeder outages

• Coordinate with Central Maintenance Planning as well as Outage Planning departments to ensure corrective and preventive maintenance schedules are adhered to

• Manage the logistics of switching and application of protection

• Manage catastrophic equipment failures via I.C.S. command structure

• Adhere to Engineering specs, orders, guide lines, and safety procedures

• Track maintenance work orders via MAXIMO work order system

• Establish compliance work schedule

• Directly supervise operations and maintenance personnel

• Supervise switching orders executed by Station Operators
