Built a successful layer operation that markets eggs to restaurants, at Farmer's Markets and through Correll Farm's Old Fashioned Home Delivery program. Monitor layer health, nutrition and housing. Feed and care for birds daily.

Assist in planting and harvesting various vegetable crops. Help create crop rotation plans. Install and maintain drip irrigation system. Create appealing displays and communicate effectively with Farmer's Market customers.

Conducted research to determine the effects of colored mulch on the early vigor and of tomato plants. Collected and recorded data, assessed and analyzed results. Placed 9th Nationally.

Travel to Merida, Mexico and then outward to small villages. Assist in constructing community buildings and churches, distribute toys and clothing to children. Gained understanding of Mexican and Mayan cultures. Built lifelong friendships.
