I’m a dedicated and forward-thinking school leader with a passion for life- long learning and a strong desire to lead teams of innovative team members to increase efficiency and effectiveness in the work place. I have proven leadership skills with 28 years in the classroom and 8 years as a School Principal. My strong education background including two Master’s Degrees in Education and Administrative Leadership. I have exceptional ability to engage stakeholders and manage diverse teams effectively. My oral and written communication skills, along with my ability to pay attention to details and time management have afforded me to have much success in any projects that I have managed. Lastly, my exceptional interpersonal and intrapersonal skills have given me many positive connections that I’ve built with important stakeholders in my tenure as a School Principal.

I have been playing golf for almost 30 years and it's something that I like to do in my spare time and while on vacation. I enjoy doing this with my husband and friends as we have traveled to many different places in the country. With a full-time job as a K-2 school principal, I don't always have the time to dedicate to the game, but I have been fortunate enough to try my game at golf courses like Torrey Pines in Carlsbad, various public and private clubs in Nevada, Myrtle Beach, and Pennsylvania. Additionally, I spend my weekends watching major golf tournaments like The Player Championship, The Masters, The Ryder Cup, The British & US Open Championships. My favorite golfers are Fred Couples, Tiger Woods, and Justin Thomas, so I am very well-versed in the game of golf and the players who are on the tour. My ultimate goal is to begin a new career, after my leadership role in the elementary school, that will allow me to pursue success in a new profession where I can use my golfing knowledge and passion for sports to build positive rapport with clients and team members.
