Provide comprehensive nursing care on a combined Medical–Surgical and Telemetry unit caring for adult patients with a wide range of acute and chronic conditions.

Key Responsibilities & Experience:

• Deliver direct patient care to adults requiring cardiac monitoring, complex medication regimens, and ongoing assessment
• Perform thorough head-to-toe assessments, interpret telemetry data, and identify changes in patient status
• Administer medications safely, including IV therapies, and monitor patient response
• Manage implanted ports and peripheral IV access according to hospital policy
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapy, pharmacy, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Maintain accurate documentation using Epic EMR
• Prioritize and manage care effectively during night shifts with minimal on-site resources
• Adapt to floating assignments as needed while maintaining patient safety and unit workflow
