• Manages and prioritizes multiple tasks effectively, maintaining detailed records and documentation related to student progress and interventions.
• Actively engages in professional development opportunities to enhance knowledge of educational best practices, child development, and social work interventions in school settings.
• Meet with 2/3 clients per week to provide immediate support and intervention and offered counseling and resources to students in distress.
