• Interview and screen prospective volunteers.
• Plan and provide initial CASA volunteer training.
• Maintain volunteer records.
• Prepare case files including specific court orders, completing the Order of Appointment of CASA, completing the acceptance to be signed by the volunteer, and notification of appointment of CASA.
• Use OPTIMA to enter all monthly data including case demographics, monthly hours, continuing education hours, hearings, and training.
• Match CASA cases with appropriate volunteers.
• Provide case management, including reading and submitting CASA reports to the Court.
• Schedule, coordinate, and attend ongoing, in-service training.
• Empower and motivate volunteers to be effective in their roles.
• Consult with CASA volunteers about problems or concerns.

Teen Court Coordinator

• Recruit and train volunteers
• Train and assign all volunteer judges
• Coordinate all intakes and assign appropriate court dates
• Maintain all stats required by funders and agency
• Work closely with the Police Department, Probation, and School system
• Provide all needed information to the defendant and their families to provide for optimum learning from Teen Court Program
• 32 hours training in Conflict Mediation
• Assess the strengths and areas of concerns of the child, parents and family
• Formulate a service plan to strengthen the identified areas of concerns with family support, empowerment, and preservation being the main goal
• Link the child and family to appropriate community resources
• Evaluate the progress of the child and family according to the service plan

• Liaison with courts for 11 Indiana counties
• Maintain and file all court orders for Participants
• Reports and Billing to Department of Child Services and any other County agencies needed
• Conduct the registration process with participants including all paperwork required.
• Maintain accurate records (attendance, communication, payment, change of information…) on all class participants in the Family Enrichment Series.
• Answer and transfer phone calls, take messages as needed.
• Act as receptionist at off site classes.
• Facilitate classes in all three locations.

• Coordinate services for developmentally disabled consumers on Medicaid Waivers.
• Monitor and allocate monies and services for consumers to be used in an appropriate manner.
• Follow state and federal regulations designed for Medicaid Waiver recipients.
• Supervise agencies providing desired services by consumer to ensure quality, appropriate time management, safety and accuracy of desired services.
• Develop budgets for consumers with state allocated dollars to provide services from chosen agencies.
