• Adhere to company rules and regulations and make safety a priority at all times.
• Perform various functions within the yard, support site operations teams, internal transportation field teams, and external carriers, as needed, to ensure all trailers arrive and depart on time with zero defects and to maintain workflow for buildings
• Operate Commercial Motor Vehicles (CMVs) on non-public roads or in yard to move trailers to/from dock and parking locations.
• Operate CMVs on public roads as required while staying on predetermined routes and using approved equipment.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and DOT regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking, trailer designations, violation and incident reporting requirements, break periods, etc.)
• Complete driver vehicle inspection reports on equipment and notify managers of any maintenance or delivery issues encountered.
• Follow hostler and delivery schedules, track and report working hours and breaks at appropriate times, adhere to yard safety policies, obey all applicable traffic laws, and drive in accordance with weather/road conditions.
• Work primarily outside and drive different commercial motor vehicles over the road.
• Work at nearby sites locations within the area needed to support the business
• Drive, maneuver, and load/unload a truck using approved equipment (pallet jack, etc.)
• Lift up to 49 pounds, stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
• Work as a peer trainer on an as needed basis to support the business.
• Associate will be required to obtain their Driver Qualification File (DQF) and Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) as a condition of the role.

• Facilitate daily training classes for up to 30 people, including virtual classes and drive-alongs
• Partner with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs), Operations Managers, Area Managers, and Learning Teams to coordinate, facilitate, and measure training related activities.
• Have a detailed understanding of processes, expectations, and training requirements for all drivers across the various driver programs in operation.
• Track performance and provide identified retraining and process improvement opportunities to further develop non-CDL driver, DOT regulated training.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting on the completion of trainings, compliance, safety, and maintenance duties.
• Execute to the standard, always working to ensure that the content and experience complement the safety, quality, and legal procedures as defined.
• Educate and audit driver safety and compliance standards such as: driver vehicle inspection reports, hours of service, trip planning and safe road driving practices.
• Track and monitor performance including on road ride behinds to measure on-road quality, adherence to standards, and identify re-training and process improvement opportunities.
• Drive, maneuver, and load/unload a truck as scheduled using approved equipment (dolly, etc.), with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Lift up to 49 pounds, stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Work outside and drive different motor vehicles over the road.
• Drive in accordance with DOT requirements.
• Stay connected to the operation by participating in on-road processes on a regular basis
• Be a resource to the delivery station for driver training-related questions
• Work different shifts and travel to support other sites, up to 50% travel.
• Work as a peer trainer on an as needed basis to support the business.
• Motivate, coach, and provide feedback to Delivery Associates during Training
• Travel to multiple sites within 50 miles of the home station and have reliable transportation
• Operate and navigate a 26,000 pounds or less vehicle
• Effectively operate a GPS
• Associate may be required to gain DOT Regulation Qualification as a condition of the role
• Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required
1 Possess at least 1 year of prior experience in managing a team of over 20 customer
service associates within contact centers and/or retail stores
2 Demonstrate 1 year of previous experience in successfully implementing change
management processes for transitioning programs into large-scale operations
3 Proven capability in leading teams within a remote work setting
4 Willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time
5 Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
6 Commitment to a Full-Time schedule of 40 hours per week, based on business
requirements
7 Perform physical tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation, including carrying,
