My Principal duties included:

• Ensuring that academic policies and curriculum are followed
• Help teachers maximize their teaching potential
• Meet and listen to concerns of students and teachers on a regular basis
• Communicate with parents on a regular basis for problem resolution
• Enforcing discipline when necessary
• Provide an atmosphere free of any bias in which students can achieve their maximum potential

My Teacher duties include:

• Establish and enforce rules of behavior for students in the classroom
• Prepare lessons, units, and projects to complete learning objectives
• Establish and communicate clear objectives for lessons, units, and projects
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the interests and learning styles of students
• Work with students one-on-one or in small groups when they need extra help or attention

My Teacher duties included:

• Create a positive class environment and encourage students to reach their learning goals.
• Prepare course materials and design lessons that cover all aspects of the English language, whether written or verbal.
• Monitor student progress and customize individualized plans for students with special requirements.
• Organize coursework and learning materials
• Assess and document student progress
• Follow national and regional policies for teaching English as a second language
