* Analyze and evaluate systems, processes and procedures to improve effectiveness and efficiency of operations
* Process and resolve calls related to discrepancies in airline flight schedules, cancellations, weather and maintenance delays, airport closures, and employee work schedules, complex international personnel and mission revisions through, applicable databases and scheduling systems due to field offices conflicts, airline operations or evolving threats
