I have been with Dr. Fidler for 16 years, with 8 of those years in leadership. One of the key responsibilities is ensuring that the office runs smoothly day-to-day so the doctor can focus on treating the patients. That responsibility includes but is not limited to keeping inventory, managing the team, coordinating with the business office, etc. Fidler on the Tooth patients are unique as the office specializes in caring for high anxiety/ fearful patients. Patients are so much more than a procedure scheduled, but are people first and foremost. This philosophy has allowed growth to become a valuable asset; an assistant highly depended on by the Dr., the team, and the patients. It is important to be seen as approachable and welcoming to both patients and clientele so wearing a smile is paramount whether in person, over the phone, or via email. Knowing people is a skill not all possess being authentic with everyone no matter who it is or the situation is the key to being relatable and trusted. It is important to enjoy a work environment where having fun is a part of getting the job done.
