Assist with all aspects of resident care as assigned by the nurse/shift supervisor, including activities of daily living, ambulation, mobility, and nutrition.
Observe, identify, and report resident concerns or needs to the shift supervisor.
Document information factually and objectively, within acceptable time frame as defined by facility policy.
Provide safe and supportive observation and effectively monitor assigned residents.
Complete assignments timely, completely, accurately and in a cooperative manner.
Provide the necessary assistance when giving residents the following activities of daily living nursing care: oral hygiene, bathing, dressing, and grooming, hair and nail care, shaving, toileting, eating and drinking, and mobility.
Assist with monitoring and accountability of residents to enable medical personnel to accomplish health related tasks.
Display professionalism throughout employment including, but not limited to, arriving to work on time, maintaining an accurate timesheet, and maintaining professional appearance as defined by facility policy.
