At 16 I started off in the restaurant business and stayed for 11 years. After becoming a single mother, I needed a more scheduled profession. I moved to Warehousing. This gave me the flexibility to have my children in daycare and have a Dayshift position. I worked in several warehouses in Harford County including Medline, Rite Aid, and Kohls. I was forklift certified and enjoyed the jobs thoroughly. In 2013 I had the ability to stay home with my children, and took full advantage until 2016. Although I enjoyed my time as a stay at home mother, I needed to get back to a routine and have my own professional time away from the home. I went through a temporary agency, started a new job at Ranstaad and was placed at Coty.Inc in belcamp. After 2 years I was moved to a supervisor position in our department. I was the lead of approximately 40 people. Soon after I learned that Coty wanted to hire me on as a full time employee. I accepted and started my 6 week training. Week 3 of training I suffered an injury and needed surgery to my knee. While out on leave my position was "dissolved." Hurt and heartbroken, I healed and started at my current employer BSC America. I have loved my time here and have learned to hone my skills as a customer representative, lot attendant, and now manager. I was able to quickly move up through our company and given the freedom to put my own ideas to work. We have a successful department, and am so happy so see it grow and shape into what it is now.
I would love to further my career and grow with like minded people. I have the ability to quickly learn hands on projects and work within a group or alone. Multi tasking, organization and timely managed tasks are my Forte.
