Responsibilities included bringing the Breach Inlet Project into full alignment with Ahtna’s Safety, Health & Environmental (SH&E) standards and ensuring consistency across all field operations. I ensured compliance with EM 385‑1‑1 and the Breach Inlet Accident Prevention Plan (APP); developed and reviewed scope‑specific work plans and Activity Hazard Analyses (AHAs); conducted workplace inspections and walk‑downs with USACE representatives to verify progress, identify hazards, and maintain regulatory compliance; conducted monthly required training sessions (man overboard) etc., and site orientations for new hires/contractors. I also created the AMCC training curriculum—initial and refresher courses now near completion—and served as interim project manager when the acting project manager was offsite.
