Researches, analyzes, and submits documentation to resolve pay problems and unit personnel. Ensures compliance with internal controls to minimize pay problems and inquiries. Ensures that supply related duties meet regulatory requirements. Actively working with local recruiters to build the unit’s staff and Detachment to full strength and screening them through regulatory requirements to establish eligibility. Track unit’s strength and Soldier retention status within the unit to ensure Soldiers maintain compliance in order to reenlist for Bonuses and future career opportunities. Process multiple types of Bonuses for transitioning Soldiers from Active duty, Ready Reserves, and reclassifications IAW regulatory requirements.

Develop and recommend command policies and regulations consistent with higher level policies. Manage the unit publications program. Process and monitor NCOERs for accuracy and timely submission.
