• Receive orders for loads and schedule them, Manage 30 -40 drivers, Assign loads to drivers, Manage Transload operations, Schedule loading and delivery with customers, Create BOLs for loads, over see rail cars coming in and going out including inventory of product on them, on call 24/7

• Customer service, order supplies, assist new drivers with paper work and make sure it is DOT standard, build new drivers and trucks into system, help inform new drivers of rules and regulations, Enter PO’s and RO’s, Customer Service, Order supplies, Assist supervisor with his daily tasks

• Data entry into order entry, dispatch and invoicing on TMW for every load, PO’s, RO’s, Outside vendor RO’s, Processing of logs, expense reports, Customer Service, human resources, manage up to 15 drivers at one time, assign loads to drivers, take load request from customers, on call 24/7, and any other office duties that needed to be covered.
