Over my last 3 years of experience with the Getaway, I've progressed through the chain of management for the opportunity to become the general manager of the Houston outpost.. With this new given opportunity of standing in as the interim general manager, it has become my primary mission and pride to reinstate and restore our company's core principles and values in the work place both relating to our employees and the quality of our product. In conclusion, through these measures I have and will continue to exceed outpost performance and appease guest expectations!
