As a recipient of bachelor's degree looking to enter the Human Resources workforce. Experience has been gained by working with diverse customers as a Service Manager at a bank with proficiencies with employee management, hiring, training, and benefits; the position entailed organization and a high need for detail-oriented oversight. Prior experience has also been gained as a Property Manager at an apartment complex with demonstrated proficiencies in incorporating creative leadership skills to achieve business objectives and to direct projects that improved efficiency while balancing deadlines and budget requirements; the most recent managerial was balanced with the demands of fulfilling my bachelor's degree. Working my way through the pandemic I have been working with the other property managers that work for the complex. Our main objective was staying was and still is working closely with the magistrate and being well informed on the legalities and ramifications of the legal system at this point; based on the rights of the tenants through the Center of Disease Control.
