Schedule all estimate appointments......write all estimates including all tow-ins. update all customers twice a week. contact all insurance companies for supplement approval and payments. tear down vehicles with tech and submit supplements. Deliver completed vehicles and go over with customers.

Ran front office....was the only estimator. Took care of all customers....updated them 2 times a week. Uploaded all estimates to insurance for approval...ordered all parts....went over tear downs with techs and wrote and submitted all supplements. Closed all files and kept up and called on all final payments to complete each job. Put all customers in rentals in house.....kept log on all the rentals in or out .

This was the place I learned how to write estimates from the owner of the shop. For quite a few years I was his Office manager who entered in all of his estimates...paid his bills....did payroll for the whole shop and ordered parts for techs. Slowly I started shadowing my boss and he taught me how to write and estimate. He then was free to take vacations leave the office at will so I ran for him while he was away.

Entered in all estimates....did all payroll for 2 locations. paid all bills...dealt with all the vendors...answered all phones...made all bank deposits. Did any other things needed from the bosses. Worked here for so long that the owners used to call me after hours for things needed...like the combination to the safe to access money or any ledgers needed.
