  • Drive strategy, planning, and exceptional performance against Walmart, Club, and Grocery channels, as measured against major KPIs and goals; monitor trends proactively identify risks and opportunities.
  • Worked hand and hand with Walmart Media Connect to launch a custom curated retailer-specific led 1W tentpole via my client's fem care brand portfolio. This program's mid-campaign results showed a 41% increase in new buyers and $663K of traceable sales driven by WMC onsite media alone.
  • Responsible for facilitating monthly, quarterly, and yearly thought leadership presentations that are presented to our clients as added value.
  • Manage an eight-person team, across eight retailers, working in conjunction with People & Culture to facilitate teamwork and ensure personal and professional growth for each teammate.
  • Responsible for tfinancial management of shopper dollars, including client forecasting/projections, budgets, and billing.
  • Curate key marketing presentations for JBP, Line Review, and Top to Top meetings at Walmart and Sam's.

  • Led strategic development and execution of Sam's Club SanPellegrino Mixers product launch during the height of the pandemic in 2020 via digital platforms. This execution showcased as best-in-class with the Sam's buyer and was an Effie nomination, delivering campaign metrics that topped Augmented Reality benchmarks with over 3k users and an 8.5% engagement return rate.
  • Led the agency team in developing and launching a first-of-its-kind MadeBetter retailer-specific sustainability program for BlueTriton at Walmart. The program achieved unpreceded incremental ROI of $5.95 for onsite Walmart Connect media and incremental sales of over $3MM of our 3rd party offsite ads.
  • Curated a custom 2021 Spring Pure Life campaign for Walmart to reposition the brand with private label and premium shoppers; yielding a $5.38 ROAS and a 13% sales liftcia via Walmart Connect me.
  • Managed and mentored a successful two-person agency team.
  • Curated and owned Shopper Marketing Scope of Work for BlueTriton brands, as well as Nestle USA.

  • Led strategic development and launched two digital platforms at Sam's Club in health and beauty (HBA) and food categories, both showcased as best-in-class by account for supplier programs, resulting in campaign metrics that topped Unilever email open rate benchmarks 18%, boosted online sales 50%+ , and increased share by more than 4%.
  • Curated a custom Dove Masterbrand BJ's co-op campaign that raised BJ's personal wash category sales 18% ; named Effie Award finalist for this custom platform.
  • Executed a year-long campaign to regain distribution of Nexxus at Costco following delisting, achieving 20%+ POS growth over the prior year after relaunch. Thus, the client and our TUS Club team was awarded the prestigious Unilever President's Award, one of the company's top honors, as a result of theprogram's success.
  • Awarded the 2015 BJ's Wholesale Strategic Marketing Partner of the Year Award for continual strategic support across multiple categories at the account.
