I am currently employed and responsible for all aspects of Sales and Marketing both for In-house and Frontline. I recruit, train, occasionally do group presentations and TO tables. I work closely with Business Operations and Administrative staff. I create the tour allotments and partner with Marketing for the best results. I work closely with HR on any employee related issues. I have monthly meetings with all managers to keep up with their team numbers and personally coach any staff member that might be struggling. We have been the #1 site in the company since I started last January. I coordinate with corporate on budgets, expenses, always coming up with new ways to be more cost efficient while reaching and exceeding sales targets.
I was solely responsible for Frontline Sales Department. I recruited, trained, wyntime, and any corrective actions. I also coordinated with Marketing on allotments and worked with Business Operations. I also did all the group presentations and TO’d tables. We were #1 frontline for years until we lost some of our tour providers. I was the Manager of the year 4 years in a row, receiving many awards an accolades such as President’s Club and President’s Council. Many monthly awards for my team exceeding APT, VPG and Volume targets.
