  • Worked directly with the director and the line staff regarding the individual cases and the planned outcomes, went to court for each case with the staff and also testified during the cases as needed. Had a strong rapport with the court system and still respected by the members there.
  • Worked with direct supervisor on some grants and so with accreditation so that we passed every year.
  • The previous 3 years at RCCS, start out doing groups at the group home for Juveniles, transferred to ongoing social worker when the group home closed and then became supervisor.
