My responsibilities were to greet buildings tenants and visitors with a polite smile, verify identifications of expected visitors, notify tenants that their guest had arrived, Monitor CCTV,Entrances , and Exits, I also informed my supervisor of all suspicious activity and loiters on the premises if they did not comply, as well as informed the building engineer of any alarms,hazards, spills, and leaks. I also informed housekeeping when they need to place caution signs out.

My Duties were to verify DePaul University students/visitors identification on a daily basis, as they entered and exited the building, report noise complaints to my supervisors,ensure that there was no loiter on the property, I also monitored entrances/exits, security cameras and alarms.

On a daily basis, I greeted building tenants as they entered and exited the building on a daily basis, printed badges for visitors, verified identifications, verified tenant credentials if there work badges did not work, notified my supervisor of unauthorized persons on the premises, I was responsible for writing police reports/daily activity reports as well as notify engineers on duty of all alarms,spills,or hazards.
