  • As a RO you are required to learn and be able to perform all jobs in that area. You're expected to be able to learn any and all jobs quickly and accurately.
  • Filled in on multiple occasions as a team leader to help train and keep the line running.

Launch Team Member

  • Conducted comprehensive training sessions for new team members to guarantee seamless integration into the launch process.
  • Worked with team members to train on new jobs so that when launched would operate smoothly
  • Made sure all new parts were packed and ready for launches
  • Worked off shift when there were any pilots going through on the line

Card Capitain

  • Ran labels out to the line for the operators to perform their jobs.
  • Checked stock in sequence center when operators were running low and needed sent out to the line.
  • Checked orders when supplies were running low.
  • Ran out "hot parts" to any part of the line so there were no interruptions in production on the line.
  • Had to know what side of the line needed the hot parts and what job location. Had to know the flow of the whole GA so as to be able to quickly deliver parts so the line didn't have to stop.
  • Drove fork truck and loaded empty totes on pallets and loaded semis.
  • Ran inventory when parts were running low and made sure more were ordered so as to not interrupt production.
