Multitasking with running 2 different departments. I was very customer Service based, speaking with customers everyday., good and bad situations that I worked out to make the customers feel confident on the work that we would be performing. Worked with warranty departments. Worked with Insurance companies to help get customers paid. Trained new employees. Ordered parts for the customers, service and sales departments. Estimated and billed out customer repair orders. Submitted applications for customers finance on New and Used Boats. Met and signed paperwork with those customers purchasing a boat. I also did the books when tge owner of the business was gone.
