- During the summer months managed two pools and two beaches, five outdoor playgrounds, three summer camps for children ages 3-17 and scheduled wellness programs
- In conjunction with the Recreation Director, developed a customer relations enhancement program for all employees; the presentation won an award from the Community Associations Institute in 2008
