With 29 years of experience in manufacturing and production, I have steadily progressed in my responsibilities. I dedicated three years to an Electrical Tradesman Apprenticeship at Robert Bosch Corporation, earning a degree in Industrial Electricity/Electronics. Following that, I spent eleven years on the factory floor as an Operator/Electrician/Set up Mechanic on Fully Automated Assembly Lines. For the past fifteen years, I have been a valuable member of the Boeing Corporation 787 Program, taking on roles such as Assembler B/Lead/Temporary Manager/Manufacturing Operations Analyst/Workplace Coach. Throughout my career, I have gained extensive knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Principles, BPS, Kaizen, 5S, and KPI (Key Performance Indicators). These methodologies have enabled me to minimize waste within the production system and maximize productivity across all functional groups. Additionally, I am well-versed in quality processes, policies, and procedures that ensure first-pass quality. Safety is a top priority for me, and I actively participate in the Go for Zero safety program to prevent accidents and injuries. My expertise extends to material flow within a plant, from raw materials to the finished product. Collaborating closely with all functional groups and Engineers (Quality, Mechanical, Design, Liasson, and Industrial), I consistently meet and exceed goals for quality, cost, delivery, safety, and morale. As an exceptional communicator, motivator, and team player, I thrive in collaborative environments where success is achieved through effective teamwork.
