This role partners with Government and Regulatory Affairs and Legal to ensure business units are supported as they engage with community and civic organizations, while managing associated vendors and reporting. This opportunity focuses on the following deliverables:


Manage Vetting/Ethics and Compliance Process-

  • Maintain, evaluate and improve Ethics and compliance portal a well as ongoing process for non-profit partnership vetting and review process across the company
  • Collaborate with stakeholder groups to ensure business unit needs are considered and supported to ensure compliance and data collection.
  • Engage ethics and compliance and government affairs legal counsel monthly to share learnings and continue to evaluate the process and the changing needs of the business unit..
  • Serve as day to day manager of vendor relationships for ethics and compliance process and facilitation.
  • Work across the company to promote use and efficient interaction with ethics and compliance process through team briefings.
  • Collaborate with analytics team members to create consistent inputs for reporting and be responsive to business unit needs for metrics

Solicitation Intake and Workflow Process -

  • Maintain, evaluation and improve solicitation intake process and workflow to support the needs of the Global Community Engagement Team.

Finance -

  • Managing purchasing card payments including reconciliation.
  • Maintain administrative payment for Global Community engagement partners and vendors including budget trackers as invoices are received and paid.
  • Process new Jetstream partner accounts as well as funding fulfillment
  • Provide monthly account balance reports to team through Business Insite program

Divisional Administration -

  • Handle administrative duties such as mail pickup, ordering suppliers, Fedex shipments, etc. when needed
  • Manage promotional item orders and shipments for program administration team when needed.

Associate of Partnership Administration

The Associate Partnership Administration is responsible for supporting day to day needs of the Social Impact Optimization team including non-profit partnership support and financial administration. This role reports to the Managing Director, Social Impact Optimization. This role also includes Ethics and Compliance vetting process as follows:

Partnership benefit administration -

  • Supports Social Impact Optimization team in partnership management tasks: Maintain accurate and up-to-date log of contractual partnership benefits and balances, facilitate issuance of all travel instruments and other benefits as defined in partnership agreements, assist with distribution and management of hospitality and event related benefits (ticket distribution, guest list management, catering/transportation as needed), assist partners with travel needs or direct to proper channel for resolution, manage orders and ship promotional items and other needs to support partnerships engagement and execution.

Financial management -

  • Manage Social Impact Optimization team accounts payable processes including but not limited to purchasing card payments, monthly reconciliation, new supplier setup (EFT) and invoice processing. Maintain accurate and up-to-date log of all payments. Prepare monthly forecast for both cash and anticipated travel orders

Team administration -

  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date calendar of key partnership events, collect and send Social Impact Optimization team highlights for weekly report to VP Global Community Engagement. Coordinate planned and ad hoc team meetings - tasks include but are not limited to management hotel blocks, conference room scheduling, catering, meeting materials, room set-up and break-down.

Program Administration -

  • Assist Managing Director, Social Impact Optimization with administrative functions related to the non-profit board service program. Tasks include but are not limited to meeting scheduling, record keeping, communication with third party administrator.
