This role entails handling primarily inbound calls from various marketing campaigns. Agents are responsible for conducting needs-based consultations with customers selling Final Expense Life Insurance and identifying opportunities for ancillary cross-sales.
Answering questions about life insurance policies, reviewing coverage. For Medicare side receiving inbound calls about medicare advantage and medicare supplement plans, answering questions about said plans, resolving issues or concerns, going over plan coverage.
Contact previously authorized study participants who agreed to phone interview to discuss their health during the search period. Informing willing participants of research rights and discussion of questions and data involving their health study group.
Completing health study interview over the phone and logging into secure and confidential health data .spreadsheet application. Recognizing study participants in distress due to the personal nature of questions so contact therapists are to contact them. Maintaining required level of health study interviews every week and required productivity.
Completing survey reward form if participant decides to give contact information. Completing certification of research techniques and rules of engagement. Making sure all data from health study participants is true and accurate under law decrees to be submitted to various government and secular businesses, including CDC.
