- As a member of the special education leadership team, I act as principal designee for special education meetings, and I am responsible for staff-tasking and ensuring compliance
- I develop/present workshops to staff, parents, and stakeholders on disability awareness, inclusion/co-teaching practices, and FERPA/FOIA/IDEA laws

- As a member of the school's literacy committee, I developed in-service training on strategies for cross-curriculum literacy
- During my time in Washington County Public Schools, I was acting Department Chair
- I coordinated records, provided team-building activities, oversaw department supplies and budget, and facilitated monthly meetings
- I facilitate the outreach and enrichment program, 'Partners for Success' providing bus drivers, assistants, and parents basic sign language skills to interact and provide a safe transportation and home experience for students with hearing impairments.
