Provide Assistance with Daily Living Activities in Their Home; Light-Housekeeping; Grocery Shopping Assistance and delivery; Pharmacy Pick-up and delivery: Doctor-Visit accompaniment with Government-Provided Van or Uber-Driver; and daily medication reminders.
We contact office/Supervisor/Client's Nurse; for any changes of condition, recent fall or skin change; or any other concerns We have, towards our Client, and Their well being!
The company provides Us with gloves and Masks, for each Client.
Assisted Team Members in placing orders in the correct container; Placing containers on a specified cart/cart area; and assisting drivers, by taking Cart(s) to Their Van; If needed, assisting drivers with loading containers, into Their Van.
We also assisted Drivers with finding lost containers; assisted with canceled containers/boxes; re-boxed items into another container; or helped Cancel orders/boxes that were damaged or needed further assistance inside the wearhouse.
We stayed outside with Each Company Drivers, until all were successfully out of the Warehouse Yard Area. Each Company were timed on how long the process took; and were given a Evaluation Sheet. to make necessary improvements.
Vans were inspected, along with Drivers, on how well They followed Protocol, each day. Supervisors of each Company were given results, at the end of the day. (if no immediate action, needed to be taken). If immediate action was necessary, Supervisor was immediately notified!
We assisted with re-setting the containers, from the drivers, for orders to be put in, for the next day;
and put canceled packages back into Large boxes, to be sent back to Their original Distribution Center.
Assisted with Clients in Their Home, doing the same things, as previously stated.
I was promised full-time work with benefits and millage pay, between Clients; after working with the company for one year. The company did not keep Their promise or Their word; so I left the company; and sought other employment opportunities.
Answered multiple phone lines; Faxed; Filed; Set up and broke down Patient Charts; Called or requested Doctor Signatures or Medical Charts of Patients; Relayed messages to Supervisor/Nurse/Durable Medical Equipment Manager; and CNA's, regarding Patient Needs or Scheduling; Ordered Supplies, as needed.
Traveled to Patient Home/Assisted Living Facilities/Long-Term Care Facilities; Assisting Patients with Activities of Daily Living: Bathing, Grooming, Light-Housekeeping; Grocery-Shopping, Pharmacy Pick-up and Deliver; Meal-Prep and Assistance; ROM and or Turning in Bed; As Always: any concerns would be reported to Supervisor or Patient Nurse.
Assisted Patients with Activities of Daily Living, Including, but not limited to: Bathing, Grooming, Light Housekeeping, Meal-Prep and Assistance; Pharmacy pick-up and delivery; Laundry Assistance; ROM/ Turning in Bed; and or Grocery Shopping.
