I am writing this letter to express my deep gratitude for the opportunity that has been given to me.
Since I was young, I have always associated food with the warmth and love of family. Growing up, my Grandmother's kitchen was the heart of the home, where she would always have a variety of delicious treats ready for anyone who walked through the door. Living with her and my Grandfather, I had the privilege of learning her cooking secrets firsthand, and I cherish every moment spent in her kitchen.
Now, in my own home, I work to maintain that same hospitality by offering whatever I have to those who visit. My family often jokes that I am preparing them for some unforeseen catastrophe by fattening them up. This spirit of warmth and generosity is something I bring to every job I take in the food service industry.
Although my initial career aspiration was to become a mortician, embalmer, and funeral director, I had to change my path due to health reasons during my internship. Despite this change, I take pride in the knowledge and skills I gained through my Mortuary Science Degree, which covered a wide range of subjects that initially captivated my interest.
I have extensive experience in the food service industry, having worked in various sectors such as nursing homes, restaurant, and retail environments. Additionally, I have served as a caregiver for adults and Autistic children. I hold certifications in Article 9, Autism education for Children, and First Aid CPR. I am also fingerprinted by The State of Arizona DPS to work with the Elderly and Children.
Let's not forget my managerial experience!
Cooking and engaging in meaningful conversations are my passions, along with my interests in art, music, and horror films. Having rebuilt my life multiple times, I understand the dedication required to start from scratch. I am confident that my knowledge and experience make me a strong candidate for your team, and I am excited about contributing to the growth of your business.
