  • Greeting all our customers, help them with their transactions and always make sure that they're all set with any issues or questions that they have about their accounts
  • When I was a head teller/ teller manager i was Head of daily, monthly, and quarterly Audits and operations which includes negotiables like money orders, debit/credit cards, ATM's and all teller cash drawers etc.
  • Managed all tellers, any issues that presented themselves on the teller line. I was the primary person that did all the new teller trainings and they also shadow me before they went on their own. First point of contact to resolved or deescalate any issues behind the teller line if I'm needed for help.
  • Had to update excel sheet every week for the teller differences, Also took care of difference within the bank with General Ledgers like cash items.
  • I was Vault custodian / teller manager for about 4yrs years from 2018 to 2022. I was also in charge of cash ordering, and any and all needed supplies for our branch team.
