Extracurricular Activities

Participated in a 90-day completion of early childhood development that led to a promotion in job status. Created an interactive, developmental training for 20 employees at annual job retreat that increased teacher retention and increased intricate lesson plans for students. Assisted in the development of three new coming teachers and five substitute teachers by composing faculty workshops that included team building exercises, Microsoft Word PowerPoints, and comprehensive exams.
