1 Year 2 Months- Assists in preparation of patient rooms for receiving admissions transfers and post-operative patients. Assures the cleanliness of the room. Assures that the room is adequately stocked.
- Reports any changes observed in the condition or behavior of the patient to the Registered Nurse in a timely manner.
- Assists with the admission of transport transfer and discharge of patients including the care of personal property and clothing.
- Ensures patient personal and oral hygiene needs are met daily and/or as necessary. Provides catheters care daily and/or as needed. Reports any pertinent observations to LPN/RN.
- Prepares patients for surgery and/or other procedures 6. Make frequent patient rounds at least every two (2) hours. Repositions for comfort and bathroom assistance.
Phlebotomist
8 Months- Collect specimens according to established procedures. This includes, but is not limited to drug screens, biometric screening and insurance exams.
- Administer oral solutions according to established training.
- Research test/client information and confirm and verify all written and electronic orders by utilizing lab technology systems, Client contact, and approved tools.
