Open and closed office, provide data entry for manufacturers warranty service request. Provide daily/weekly reports to HR and accounting, prepare maps for territory mangers. Assist non-warranty customers with service reports. Book appointments for clients. Maintain office supplies, handle all incoming and outgoing mail/supplies to trades. Assist other office staff as needed.
Answer incoming calls to assist clients with their explanation of benefits. Updated accounts with current/corrected insurance information.
