  • Home Infusion/Specialty Pharmacy

- Goal is to provide exceptional patient-focus infusion care including but not limited to: IV Fluids, TPN, antibiotics, IV medications via syringe push, Specialty IV meds including antiemetics and pain management pumps

Duties include:

  • Served in the Clinical Nurse Liaison role, as an Intermediary between hospital Case Management and the patient, as well as Coordination of Home Health.
  • Managed the Nursing On-Call Schedule
  • Coordinated Nursing visits
