I love watching the children learn and grow. I love watching the teachers when they see the product of their hard work, when these children excel. Though I have owned 3 childcares, I have always been the facilitator and never had a permanent role in a classroom setting. I would like to know what that feels like so that I am more in tune and well-rounded for future growth and opportunities.
