  • Safety is our #1 priority to all of our customers, ensuring this we provide them with a password of there choice when we confirm there account.
  • When customers call in to receive information on the account a password is always required first to verify who they are, if not given the right information our procedure is to not provide anything that could put our customers at risk.
  • Service and monitor Residential homes. Commercial Buildings, Construction Sites
  • Help our customers that need there alarm panels silenced,bypassed or restored.
  • Monitoring our customers Burglary systems, Fire Systems, CCTV(video surveillance) and Access Systems
  • Notify our customers on all trouble signals/ Burglary alarms/Fire alarms/Video footage
  • Change Open+closing schedules if needed outside of schedule hours
  • Dispatch Police- communicate the location time and area where the alarm is going off. Customer is notified as well and they will request either cancellation or to send PD.
  • Dispatch Fire Department on All Fire Alarms for Commercial building first- the customer is notified as well after dispatching is done.Customer would tell us the reasoning and we go ahead and reach out to FD to update them on the situation.
  • We notify our customers on temperature alarms, either if there home or business is reaching a high temperature or low temperature to what they want monitored such as freezers, boilers, labs or basements.
  • PD is dispatched automatically on Silent panics/ Hold up alarms/ Medical Alerts
  • We help our customers test there systems to make sure there communicating properly.
  • We monitoring construction sites with our video surveillances, making sure we know who,when,where and how they look like are allowed on property. We follow normal protocol and contact the call list /PD if an intruder is seen stealing or if someone is there without giving us notice.
  • We dispatch our armed guards at our customers request when they do not want police sent. We communicate with our guards and customers every step of the way to ensure there home or business is safe when they are not there.
  • Customer calls, activity, request, footage are all being logged and monitored into there account as well as phone call recordings when we are speaking to them.
  • Fast pace environment, efficient, acting on all signals and alarms to provide the best service.
  • My job is to never guess or make assumptions on anything but to always act as if it's an emergency to provide the best security and care for all of our clients.
