  • Serves as a primary liaison between NYC Dept. Of Buildings, HPD Supervisors and Inspectors pertaining to Inspector Court dates and appearances.
  • Organize information for Director to assist with meeting preparations, responsible for all necessary materials required to ensure smooth and successful meetings.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals, fostering teamwork across various functions.
  • Open and properly distribute incoming mail staff and colleagues to promote quicker response to client inquiries, manage phone & email correspondence; handle incoming and outgoing mail and faxes.
