Administrative Assistant

- Provides ongoing administrative support for assigned providers including but not limited to updating provider’s CV, maintenance of CME certificates, research information using various resources, composing, editing and/or preparing any correspondence or special reports requested using Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Epic, and maintain provider files
- Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail, manages physicians personal and clinic calendars, setting up and facilitating meetings
- Attend meetings and take minutes for review and debrief after all department meetings
- Proficiently manage multiple projects while supporting fifteen providers, process orders and invoices for account payables in a timely manner
- Manage ever-changing calendars of appointments and proactively identifies and solves potential scheduling conflicts
- Manage physician’s calendar’s daily, arrange meetings, set up conferences, compose litigations depositions, attorney conferences, life care plan for all the physicians
- Effectively handles all internal and external calls, meeting the needs of the callers, routing them to the correct source when necessary
- Process requests for days off, including education and PDO
- Updates staffing calendar, process clinic cancellations and add request forms.
