I have the ability to put myself in the perspective of the patient to better understand their needs and enjoy the process of finding a way to properly handle the incident. I find great joy in coaching team members and training new hires.

- Identified the need for, and created, an in-depth 3-week new hire training program to assist new hires with the transition into a career in HME.
